Class 1: October 8

This class is designed to expand on the knitting fundamentals learned in Beginning Knitting. Successful participants need to be able to execute on their own the knitting fundamentals:
knit and purl stitches
long-tail and/or knitted cast on
standard bind-off
To expand on these fundamentals, you will learn new concepts including finding and calculating gauge, increases and decreases, new cast ons and bind offs, choosing yarn and needles for projects, and finally, a brief introduction to circular knitting. Bring any questions you have with you to class, and we can help get you past beginner projects and into more complex projects.
