Returns

What You May Return

Unused yarn in its original condition may be returned within 6 months of purchase. Please include your invoice and we will refund the appropriate credit card. When returning yarn the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the return. Sale or discount items are not eligible for return or refund.

Books, needles, and accessories may not be returned or exchanged, but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  2. View your order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu.
  3. Click the Return Item(s) button.

Please include your invoice, name, address and email. We recommend you insure your return package. Knitting Temptations is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
