Stranded Stripe Pillow – Designed by Kaffe Fassett

Skill Level: Intermediate

Using Rowan’s Felted Tweed and instructions from Kaffe Fassett, create a colorful cushion in this class. Knit a pair of cushions in the round with a steek to separate. This is a good first project if you’ve never experienced the thrill of cutting into your knitting. We’ll be focusing on the Colins design working in with two colors at a time, but you are free to try the other designs in the pattern or even go with stripes.

This is also a great opportunity to play with color. You can alternate between just two colors in your cushion or use a many different colors as you like fro our stock of Felted Twee. Kits will be available.

Note: We will be completing the front of the pillow. Options for the back will be presented.

This class includes two 3 hour classes plus one 2 hour Help Session

Class Dates: Thursdays, June 16 and July 7

Help Sessions: Thursday, June 23, 2 to 4PM OR 6 to 8PM

• Yarn – Rowan Felted Tweed, choose from one of our selected kits or choose your own colors
• Needles – 24″ size US #5
