EMOTIONAL SUPPORT CHICKEN – KNIT

Join the latest knitting craze! Knit your own Emotional Support Chicken or make one for a friend. With almost 4,000 projects on Ravelry, you can see lots of examples from calm and sophisticated to wild and crazy colors.
Wednesday June 5, 19 & 26
2–4 PM or 6-8 PM*
3 – Two-Hour Classes
Class Fee: $55 + $6.50 Pattern
Skill level: Advanced Beginner
*A minimum of 4 students is required for the evening session. If fewer than 4 sign up by May 31, the evening class will be canceled.
Class Supplies:
- Yarn: 200 yds worsted or DK weight yarn for main color, 100 yds for contrast, 4 yds for beak, 10 yds for comb and wattle
- Needles: Size US #7 for worsted weight yarn or US Size #3 for DK
- 1 pair of 15mm safety eyes
- 250 g Polyfil stuffing
- Knit Kit containing: (suggested)
- Small pair of scissors;
- Medium sized metal curved-tip tapestry needle
- Fix-it Tool or size F, G or H crochet hook
- Removable stitch markers
- Tapestry needle
