Tempting Tidbits 2/25/20

A Note From Karen
Dear Makers,
You are keeping Knitting Temptations a busy place! We are so pleased that many of you are participating in Sweater Camp I. Since we are starting on March 11, I encourage anyone who is interested to call the shop ASAP. Registration will close on Saturday, February 29.
For newer knitters or those who want to learn the new techniques, I suggest the Building Blocks! I am so excited that Carolyn, Becky and Beth are teaching this wonderful skill-building class designed by Michelle Hunter. In addition to increasing your knitting knowledge, you will expand your circle of knitting friends.
We have several new classes on the schedule. Becky will teach Yann, an elegant cowl using a light fingering weight yarn and mohair. It is stunning!
Are you stumped when trying to select colors that will work together in a project? Well then, Kaleidoscope of Color is the class for you. Mandy Thompson, a medical illustrator and instructor at the Columbus College of Art and Design will lead a “hands-on” class.  You will have the opportunity to wander about the shop selecting colors and determining why they work together or fight with each other.
Please read more to find all the details for these exciting opportunities,Karen
PS – This beautiful shawl was knitted by our friend, Susan. Isn’t it amazing?
