Learn to make a simple mitten! Everyone needs a good pair of mittens – whether they are the classic, the convertible, or the fingerless – this pattern has got you – and the whole family – covered! A simple relaxing knit, with faux seams up the front and back to add a touch of modern style. These mitts are the perfect fall and winter pattern! Pattern includes sizes toddler through adult.
Students should be proficient knitting in the round, increasing and decreasing. Students will learn the tublular cast on, picking up stitches and how to create the thumb gusset.
- US 5 (3.75mm) needles, 32 Inch circular or DPNs
- US 6 (4mm) needles, 32 Inch circular or DPNs
- 240 yards DK weight yarn
