Although the basic tools of knitting haven’t changed all that much over the centuries, the knitting world has embraced modern technology. As the internet has become a ubiquitous tool in our day-to-day lives, knitters worldwide have discovered a wonderful and incredibly powerful online resource in Ravelry. Yet, it’s only as powerful as your ability to USE it.
In this class you will learn the basics of navigating and using Ravelry so that you can more effectively:
- Log your projects, stash and needles
- Search patterns, projects and yarns
- Create a pattern library
NOTE: We assume you have a basic knowledge of and competency using your laptop, smart phone or tablet-style device when you attend this class.
Although you are welcome to attend without a device, we strongly recommend that you bring your own wi-fi enabled laptop, smart phone or tablet-style device – we WILL NOT provide devices or tech support for devices.
